To aid in giving the cattle at our gaushala wholesome meals, we recently purchased a grass cutter/thresher machine.
This will help us ensure that cattle at our gaushala receive healthy balanced diet.
While the silage we feed our cattle is already fine and ready to eat, we also feed the cattle grass and ban oak we cut locally.
Many pahari cattle do not like silage, as they have never tasted it. For them, fresh cut green grass and other fodder like locally obtained leaves from ban oak tree need to be arranged.
This machine will help us mix the grass effectively with other fodder like silage and turi, so that the cattle get plentiful green fodder with dry fodder.
