Our NGO was awarded ‘Atal Smriti Samaan‘ by Bhartiya Baudh Sangh on 25th December, 2022 to felicitate our contribution towards welfare of society at large.
This prestigious honour was conferred upon us by the President of Bhartiya Baudh Sangh, Bhante Sanghpriye Rahul. Bhartiya Baudh Sangh is an organisation that takes its inspiration from ideas of Dr. BR Ambedkar, and it works towards the welfare of socially and economically backward classes.
The award ceremony was a part of an event that was organised to honour and remember Late Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee on his birthday.
Late Sh. Atal Bihari Vajpayee was a stalwart politician, and is fondly remembered for being an honest and hardworking leader. He was prolific writer, and his poetic works are timeless masterpieces.
Speakers at the event included officiating members of Bhartiya Baudh Sangh, and many other renowned political figures.
Other NGOs working for other social issues like women empowerment and education were also honoured at the event.
